deliver it. One year later, the client saw a 12-point increase in net promoter scores and an 18% decrease in employee turnover despite growing their headcount by 3,000 that year.
For a hospital within a large healthcare system, we designed and implemented a strategy to improve leadership effectiveness at all levels, including a high-potential
program, succession planning process, and a corporate university. These efforts resulted in a 63% drop in turnover with an associated $8 million savings, as well as leading
